3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your smsm.ph account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. smsm.ph shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your login details.
4.1 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your smsm.ph Account, including all bets placed, transactions processed, and communications sent. You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account.
4.2 You must log out of your Account at the conclusion of each session, particularly on shared or public devices. smsm.ph recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to enhance security.
4.3 You must notify smsm.ph immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized access to your Account, any loss or theft of your credentials, or any security breach affecting your Account. smsm.ph customer support is available 24/7 via live chat.
4.4 smsm.ph reserves the right to require additional verification, temporarily suspend account access, or request updated documentation at any time, particularly if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or regulatory compliance requirements necessitate further due diligence.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. smsm.ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Supported payment channels may be updated from time to time at smsm.ph's sole discretion.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at smsm.ph is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100). Deposits below this threshold may not be processed or may be returned subject to any applicable processing fees.
5.3 Deposit Fees. smsm.ph does not charge deposit fees on any supported payment channel. However, your payment provider (e.g., your mobile wallet operator or bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which smsm.ph bears no responsibility.
5.4 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your smsm.ph Account belong to you lawfully and are not derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any other criminal source. smsm.ph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
5.5 Currency. All balances on smsm.ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱), unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits which will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have completed the KYC verification process. smsm.ph will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts.
6.2 Identity Match Requirement. All withdrawal requests must be directed to a payment account registered in the Player's own verified name. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts, wallets, or bank accounts are strictly prohibited.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) to six (6) business hours. Platinum VIP tier members receive priority withdrawal processing. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending verification requirements.
6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount at smsm.ph is Philippine Peso two hundred (₱200). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Only the Real Money component of your wallet balance is available for immediate withdrawal, subject to KYC completion.
6.6 smsm.ph Right to Withhold. smsm.ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending investigation, unresolved bonus disputes, or a requirement for additional verification documentation. Players will be notified of any delay and its reason within a reasonable time.
7.1 General. smsm.ph may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, referral bonuses, and other incentives to new and existing Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, published at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus offers at smsm.ph carry a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated before the bonus is claimed. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal as Real Money. smsm.ph will publish each game category's contribution percentage towards wagering requirements on the relevant promotion page.
7.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses unclaimed within the specified offer window, and bonus balances not fully wagered within the specified validity period, will be automatically forfeited without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7.5 No Bonus Entitlement. No Player is entitled to receive any bonus. smsm.ph may decline to offer, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including disqualifying specific players from specific offers, at its sole discretion.
8.1 All games available on the smsm.ph Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.
8.2 All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on smsm.ph use independently certified RNG software. The outcomes of all RNG games are random, independent, and unpredictable. smsm.ph does not influence game outcomes.
8.3 Live dealer games on smsm.ph use physical gaming equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained human dealers in licensed studio environments. 8.4 Game Malfunction. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the smsm.ph Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

12.2 Upon termination of a Player's Account for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. If investigation confirms the breach, smsm.ph reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the balance.
12.3 Upon voluntary Account closure requested by the Player, any Real Money Balance (net of pending wagering requirements and outstanding bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable time.
12.4 Following Account closure, whether voluntary or enforced, the Player's data will be retained by smsm.ph in accordance with applicable data retention laws and our Privacy Policy.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, smsm.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
13.2 smsm.ph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arises.
13.3 smsm.ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, or network disruptions may affect Platform availability. smsm.ph shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability beyond the value of any directly affected wager.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit smsm.ph's liability for death or personal injury arising from its gross negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14.1 smsm.ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at smsmph.vip/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described therein.
14.2 smsm.ph implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections.

15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, or your use of the smsm.ph Platform, shall first be submitted to smsm.ph customer support for internal resolution. smsm.ph will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines.
15.4 The prevailing language of these Terms is English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
16.1 smsm.ph reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, and/or by prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
16.2 Continued use of the smsm.ph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure.
